As a member of Corporate Box Valley, you have access to our facility which includes our main indoor training floor housing our indoor competition size boxing ring, boxing bags, floor to ceiling balls, matted wrestling/MMA area, fully equipped weights area and cardio equipment. But we are about more than just the tangible equipment and training areas. What we have, which sets us apart, are pro fighters and pro trainers on site every day to give one-on-one attention to our members.

AT CORPORATE BOX VALLEY, OUR MEMBERS CAN DRAW ON THE VAST KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED TRAINERS.

Corporate Box Valley has a wealth of experienced professional Boxing / Kickboxing / Muay Thai / BJJ / MMA trainers who, between them, have years of fighting and training experience, along with numerous world, national and state belts in Boxing / Kickboxing / Muay Thai / BJJ / MMA.

In addition to this, and with hundreds of Muay Thai fights and years of training experience, our professional fighters/trainers are available to all members for one-on-one pad-holding sessions, which are conveniently available three times a day – morning, mid-day and afternoon/evenings. Working with gym members individually for 3×3 minute rounds, our team of expert coaches and trainers provide personal guidance in Muay Thai and boxing techniques, to guide anyone who wants to improve their skills in the ring. From complete beginners right through to serious professional fighters, our coaches and trainers have helped hundreds of our members hone in on their skills, improve their fitness level, and enjoy the huge mental and physical health benefits that comes from real training with boxing and Muay Thai experts.
